Want to build a website to help market your business?

Joomla tutorial - the easy way to learn Joomla from the experts

Here is a way that's helping business owners learn to build a good website fast!

The idea of a website waved the key to internet business adventures in front of you. Now, frustratedly pulling your hair, glaring at the millions of options and choices, not knowing where to start, you're wondering if you should just throw it in and slump on the sidelines as competitors whiz by...

My name is Lerynne Verster and I understand exactly discouraged you're feeling at the moment. How can I say that? Simple: I wasn't always a website expert. Nine years ago, when my husband and I first started, I also sat confounded in front of all this potential and despaired of ever learning to use it properly.

I remember wishing for some kind of a website manual, a “how to website” tutorial, a friendly website expert who'd let me look over their shoulder for a bit to see what to do...

I couldn't find anything like that and so I spent thousands of hours of trial and error, figuring it all out the hard way. You see, a website is an incredibly powerful and logical tool – once you know what all the pieces are and how they fit together. But without some guidance it can be a confusing process.

Once I had found and tested the best systems available and puzzled it all out though, it was a breeze to use my qualifications and experience in education and training to create easy  website tutorials to teach our clients how to use their website content management system without them going through the headaches I had.

We didn’t know anything about creating a new website. The info and the impression that your company projected had the “air” of easy about it. Immediately we relaxed and where able to  focus on the important stuff. It was wonderful, each question we asked (and there where many) was answered with patience as a new comer to the IT world we got more than we expected.

You too, can be using a website like an old-hand in a few short hours.

All of our website training materials and courses have been designed from an actual user point of view. You don't need any programming or HTML or techie know-how to learn how to use the website content management system we use. If you can send an e-mail and type a simple document in Word, you'll be able to use the system and build your own website.

All our training – from beginners' website videos to more complete website courses (like this one in which you build your website with an expert website trainer) – is in plain, ordinary English. No geek speak or techie talk to bewilder and confound you. Just what you need to know, explained in a way you can understand.

    • You've just been put in charge of getting a website for your company and don't know where to start.Who should take these joomla tutorials?
    • You're on the marketing, communications, public relations or similar team in your company and you've been put in charge of running the company website.
    • You want a website you can update and manage yourself.
    • Your website must also have a good menu system, flexible content display options, a contact form and have some search engine optimization (so that they can find your site and rank it).

When you've completed the Website Whiz training you'll know...

    • What the basic website elements are and how to fit them together to create a working website.  This means that you'll be able to manage as many other websites as you want to in future.
    • You'll be able to add pages, info and images to your website. You'll know how to make your images web friendly and you'll also know what the pitfalls are and how to avoid them.

(And you'll then be in a better position to judge for yourself how well it's working.)
    • How to create contact forms on your website. You'll also know how to avoid having your contact page look dodgy and turning visitors away.

What makes our training different from anyone else's?

Why should I choose you as my Joomla trainer?Well, for starters, I'm not a programmer! I'm a marketer. What does that mean to you? It means that I'm not going to blast you with an avalanche of high-tech programming mumbo-jumbo that does little more than confuse the daylights out of you.

I'll teach you to use your website from a real user's point of view. You don't need to become a nerdy web developer to manage a website. What you need to know is how to use it to get your message out to your clients and prospects so that your business can grow. And that's the kind of training you'll get from us.

The content management system we'll use for your website is called Joomla. (There are no licence fees to use this system as it is one of the world's top 3 Open Source website systems.) I've personally been using Joomla since it started (in fact, I started on it's predecessor, Mambo). It's our system of choice for any websites in our own business and it's the content management system we use for all our client websites too.  (You can read how we came to choose Joomla over Drupal or any other system here.)

Over the years we've successfully trained many people, lots of them absolute beginners and internet newbies, how to use Joomla. We use it in our own business every day and everything we'll show you, we've tried and tested on our own sites first, so we can be sure it works and works well.

What's more, both my husband and I have formal post-graduate degrees in education and years of experience teaching a vast range of student levels. We know how to structure new info in a way that makes it as easy as possible to remember and how to explain things so that you'll understand them.

In short, with us you'll get website training based on a double strength foundation: practical website and business knowledge, tried and polished over time, as well as informed and seasoned teaching and training experience. It's a pretty potent combination!

Your investment in your skills and business future is R1 750.00 per person for the full Website Whiz course.

Now it's time to choose...

You can book your seat right now and learn how to zoom your website and business into the future on the information highway.

OR

You can click away and continue to bash your head on your desk while your competitors harness the power of the internet and leave you in their dust.

This is what it all comes down to:  take it on or pack it in. The choice is yours.

If you're ready to get started on your website training journey,

It’s a small matter, and very reasonable. But it may affect your decision. You see, this course is not for everyone. The Website Whiz course isn't just a load of theory, you'll actually need to try out and experiment with some of the options. That means you'll probably make some mistakes along the way. Mistakes can be fixed but if the idea of making them in the first place bothers you, then you're going to battle with this course.

If learning by doing and having fun at the same time is something you're up for, then here's what you need to do right now:

Remember, with the Website Whiz course...

So, are you going to quit and shuffle away or do you tackle this beast and get cracking with easy step-by-step website training?
